It fell off my bathroom counter and the whole top just broke off. The bottle is totally useless now. I had it for 5 months, and the thing is it's still 3/4 full. What should I do? How can I use what's left in the bottle? Do you think they will send me a new bottle? TIA |

So is the substance still in there? if it is I'd move it to a small jar or an airtight container and still use it with the original brush it came with. It'll probably be more annoying than the package it came in but at least you can still use it. Not sure if they'll replace it though since it wasn't damaged when it was delivered. |

just make sure that there are no glass particles in it if you continue to use it.... |

I'm with tiger_tim. I would be very careful about putting anything on my eyes that may have glass particles or shards in it. Maybe you could find a way to strain it just to be on the safe side! |

Sassy--if you don't have small bottles, i suggest going to a arts and crafts store like Michael's to buy them. |
