Hi guys. I was wondering if there is anything I can do, any fasting or such that I can do to brighten up my complexion and lose some tummy fat for my beauty pageant this weekend?!! Any advice would help a ton! Thanks =) |

I don't know the fastest way to lose tummy fat (other than a surgical procedure), but the fastest way towards a glowing complexion is Juice Beauty's green apple peel. |

Try to ask for a sample of the valmont renewing pack too. It really made me glow! |

Do some intense exercise daily to get the oxygen flowing through your body. |

I agree with dollbird 100%--- go for the Juice Beauty Green Apple Peel. I've noticed my skin REALLY glows the day after I use it, so I would advise you to use it the day before your Pageant. HTH! |

Emilee_ann_143 if you get the JB peel be sure to try it ASAP. The last thing you want to do is use it for the first time the day or two before your pagent and have a bad reaction to it!
This will not actually help you lose any fat but eating low-carb between now and the pagent should help you lose some water weight and reduce any abdominal bloating you have. Just don't overdo it. Way too low carb will make you feel horrible and probably not look so good either! |

Go to an Elizabeth Arden counter and ask for a sample of Prevage and you will glow in a day never mind a few its great or try Lancomes secret de vie very expensive so ask for a sample you can even use it around your eyes. |

You know as bad as it's supposed to be for you, what gives me the fastest glow and healthy look to my skin is getting it sunkissed. Just laying out in the sun for 10-20 min. (max).
Also, aerobic exercise helps a lot and saunas.
As far as losing water weight and fasting, it probably needs a little longer then a couple days but it's worth it I guess.
I just read this article about a lemonade fast that is supposed to be healthier and safer then fasting on water. http://gliving.tv/greenchefs/thesource/celebrities-swear-by-the-lemonade-diet-to-slim-down-and-regain-their-health/ |

Can the green apple peel product be used by people with a slightly red irritated skin? Or would it just cause more irritation? |

Kakarot the peel might be okay for someone with sensitive skin. However, I would never apply the JB peel or any other peel for that matter to irritated skin. Wait until the irritation goes away first! |
