Did anyone know that applying pure flouride paste to your teeth for about 1 min gets rid of toothe sensitivity after whitening? I have tried whitening with trays in the past but after only a few times my teeth got so sensitive I could not continue. Even while I had the trays in my mouth, sometimes shooting pain went through my teeth. I happened to have a discussion about that (she had beautiful white teeth) with a woman I met just recently and she said she keeps the trays in her mouth all night (even with 22% peroxide strengh which I could never do) and in the morning she applies pure fluoride paste on her teeth and keeps her lips from touching her teeth for about a minute, rinses and the toothe sensitivity is completely gone. I was wondering where I could get pure fluoride paste? Does anyone know??? |
