I have been on a vitamin E regimine. It has worked very well for me. It has ran out and I went to buy some more. The previous one I had did not state whether it was a water soluble one, so I am assuming it was not. I bought one from CVS that has the same indredients, which is something known as
Vitamin E (as dl-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate).
That was a mouthful! But the old one also had this. What is it? And is it ok (the dl-alpha...)? I hope it's the same. I bought the same I.U. amount as well. Except it says water soluble, as opposed to the other type they had, which on the back said, oil soluble.
1. Is there a difference between Oil Soluble and water soluble for the final effect?
and
2. What is dl-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate?
Thanks |
