Anybody have any experience injecting vitamin C or glutathione for enhancing skin? Vit c is one of the best, and injection is the best method, nevermind topicals which from my research are rarely actually effective as of yet -- sorry guys but that's what I read, too unstable and really bad penetration of even the best -- like maybe 5 percent.
I've been injecting vit c subcutaneously for last few days -- too soon to tell methinks but energy level is up and no muscle soreness even after intense exercise -- at least so far, but very early, so I'll keep all posted.
Also taking alot of supplements internally lik Pycnogenol, grape seed extract, more vit c, MSM, alpha lipoic acid, fish oil, borage oil, and a multi
any other advice or ideas on this? |

I heard that it's used for skin lightening, but will it make you sensitive to the sun?
Is it possible to inject glutathione?
what's the dose of the vitamin c? And how many injections? |

I've been wondering what Cindy Crawford meant by vitamin injections... Does anyone know more about this? Where do you inject them? in the face? And what kind do you use?
I remember my grandmother used to make her sister, who was an RN, inject vitamin B12 for her and she said it gave her lots more energy and just made her feel better. |

I've seen lots of advertisements about meso-therapy, maybe this is what Cindy Crawford is doing. It's a therapy where they inject the face with vitamin, minerals etc using very small needles and they inject it very fast . I could also be the injections kakarot talking about. ![Question](images/smiles/question.gif) |

I remember way back in the 80s, some models I knew would get vitamin shots (B12 I think) before an important shoot so their skin would look better, or so they said.
I don't know if it's still used for this reason. In fact I was thinking of asking my doc about these B12 (?) injections. Would be interested to hear from anyone who has tried them? |

needle phobia is just that, a phobia, kinda irrational, cuz you use tiny insulin needles to inject vit c subcutaneously, don't even feel it. Super easy and many many times more effective than a topical formulation or injesting orally -- really no comparison at all actually from what I've read. Does not make you photosensitive but it may very well lighten complexion. |
