Halfway through my second bottle of Bioclear and the pump's gone on me - AGAIN! Jeez - how hard is it to get a decent pump for the amount of money they charge! GGGGRRRRRR |

Agent, I remember someone ranting about this before. I can't believe JM charges so much and they haven't figured out how to make the pumps work well. Have you called your JM rep about this? |

I bought it from EDS. I don't see what they can do. Seems unfair to ask them to replace it - it'll just clog away again anyway! I know, I can always open the bottle and pour some in my hand but I really resent this extra step as a waste of my time. |

The pumps gone, as in broken? My problem with JM bottles is getting the last bit out! My C'Esta serum has loads left but it won't squirt up the pump so I have to take the pump out, put my finger over the open top then try to shake it down, which is difficult because it's so thick. It would be so much easier if they made plastic packaging that you could at least squeeze the contents out of. |

that's the entire reason I get the bioclear cream...comes in a jar. well, and I like the cream better anyways. although I'm not a huge fan of the jar either.
oh, and never leave your bioclear in your car on a hot summer day. it separates really badly. I just found that one out. |

I have the same issue right now, I've lost count of how many times this has happened. But even their replacement malfunctioned. I recall that they are aware of the problem but - seriously - this is getting very *very* irritating. |

Hi sarahb,
Do you like the C'Esta serum? I just got it and I actually don't like the smell at all though it's a nice consistency and goes well under the Bioclear. Guess I have the squirt malfunctioning to look forward to...
Might get the cream for the Bioclear next with it being winter and all. Really, how hard is it to get a pump to function??!

I've never had a problem with the pump for the two bioclear lotions that I had . Although I was expecting it to malfunction due to many members complaining about it. I am suprised that for the amount JM's charging, they cant find a solution to this problem! As well the product not working for my acneic skin, the only problem I've had is how fragile the bottle is. My first bottle was nearly used up and I accidently dropped in on the carpeted floor and the whole thing smashed, which I didnt expect it to really cos the bottle looked so strong! |

BTW Cat, have you tried the cream? Cos I have and it was terrible on my skin, sooo sooo oily upon application. After a few minutes, my face was so shiny, I had to blot it a couple of times. |

The pump failed me too. I had to unscrew the cap and scooped some of the product out with the "straw". |
