I think I can post pics now.
Pic one is my before. Pic two as a result of using Loulou's lip excersizes in tandem with Carole Maggio's lip pump.
Apologies for the blurriness, I tired the macro setting. |

Wow, I can definitely see a significant improvement in your upper lip which is now fuller and plumper. It just makes your lips look much younger and sexier!
I've been also doing Ageless for about 2 months. Have very nice overall results but there isn't much difference for my lips ... How long did you do the lip exercises before noticing the difference? Do you do them every day or every other day?
thanks for posting. |

Thanks much, Moonstone!
I have been doing Loulou's program for about a month. I do mix in Carole Maggio's lip tapping exercise as well as a sort of pumping, up and down routine on closed, pursed lips (which was more of my misconstruence of the Maggio exercise). I would guestimate that I saw noticeable results within a week, initially because of swelling from being worked, but now it seems to have some cumulative change. I DO do all these lip exercises each day because my lips are definitely one of my problem areas.
Slainte Moonstone! |

Hey sister... I do all the exercises that involve the mouth... (see the back of your book.) There are 9... But the one that I tend to do out of habit... ie... I'm sitting at my computer thinking about something is Tight Upper Lip... and I massage like crazy... Kind of like chewing on your pencil while thinking... or twirling your hair... LOL! |

When I do all of the lip exercises I feel like my mouth is more pouty for awhile. It seems to help the way I hold my mouth. I do them all maybe twice a week and others I do probably 3-4 times a week. |

I have started doing Ageless for 2 weeks in the hope of reducing the NL line and firming the under eye area. |

What neck exercises are good for those dreaded vertical bands and a bit of looseness under the chin? |

Do a youtube search of Carol Maggio - she has a scooping exercise for the chin area which tightens very nicely and she also shows a neck tightening in one of them (as well as a few others). I do Ageless, Fe and some Carol Maggio and I really like hers for this area. |

I had Bell's Palsy about 3 years ago and have been searching for something to help my face.
I was given Carole Maggio's Facercise and am very happy. It feels like the right side of my face is coming back alive.
I do it twice a day..either in the car or in front of the TV & I'm loving it.
I'll keep you posted re: how the face is coming... |

You might try out FE also. This will help with your Bells Palsy recovery. |

the Bell's Palsy went away but left the right side of my face feeling "dead" & not symmetrical.
I am checking out all the facial exercises to see what might work...Facercise has been easy & quick to do so I know I'll stick with it.
I also have the Facemaster machine, but it is uncomfortable for me to use on my face. |

This is my first time at this site and I have been reading for hours!
I have very noticeable lip lines above and below my lips. I have not been a smoker. I am very self conscious of this and would appreciate any advice.
Which exercise program do you think is best for this problem? I have the Carol Maggio video from many years ago. Time to pull it out and really follow it. Also, I see LouLou referred to many times. Which program is this?
Any particular creams that anyone recommends?
Thank you! I really appreciate any feedback. |

If you already have CM's program, give it a whirl. See what you think, as you determine if it's something you want to do, then check the other programs.
I'd look into REtin-A... and of course a good evaluation of diet and such!
Best... |

Thanks Claudia! Does RetinA need a prescription? I have been very careful as to what I put on my face; only natural; and I only use mascara and lipstick. I should add that I am 68 but until 3 years ago I was always taken to be about 15 years younger. When I turned 65 everything changed: lost about a third of my thick hair and these lip lines appeared. |

losing a full 1/3 of your hair ABSOLUTELY requires a trip to the Dr. Are you hormones balanced? Has menopause just kicked your bootie? That hormone loss can wreak havoc. But I would also want my thyroid checked, and anything else that would effect hair.
Yes, you need a prescription for Retin-A. There are websites you can get it without the prescription. Search the web. Get referrals on that one.. |

Thanks again Claudia! I went to doctors; several, several times. All tests negative. As usual, they shrugged and said 'age'. I began using Nioxin and just a few months ago the loss slowed. The last couple of weeks it has started again. At 47, 21 years ago, I had 1 ovary removed and went through menopause. I refused HRT. I was macrobiotic at the time and menopause was no problem at all. I am starting some supplements recommended through hair analysis. (Definitely not a doctor thing.) |
