As far as I know...vitamin E oil, rosehip oil, vitamin C & Zinc supplements/tablets make your skin heal & regenerate faster. |

Try searching PSF O2 Serum. It's got many good reviews here. |

In my experience:
Topically:Vitamin C Serum or products (unfortunately these make me break out so I don't use them), Hyaluronic Acid, Oxygen Serum (PSF), dermawand, Polysporin, keeping things moist really helps! (and helps to prevent scarring)
Internally:Zinc supplement |

If your skin is broken, put neosporin on it. Put a little on and rub it in, then pub a little "blob" that is liike a little dome on top. This will heal the skin faster and minimize scarring.
When the broken bits start to scab, remove the scab and put more neosporin on. By removing the scab you minimize scarring, too.
If you're left with a red spot after, I highly recommend Skincueticals Phyto + which has antibacterial properties and helps to fade the redness without reacting to other skin around it. |

Please NEVER remove a scab! This will result in the production of abnormal collagen & certain scarring! I'm sure that alexthegirl meant not to pick at scabs and that it was just a typo.

Darren, so glad you're here!! What do you personally recommend for healing up a scab on your face that came from aggravating a blemish? TIA!! |

There is really nothing you can do to speed up how quickly a scab will fall off. You need to let it fall of naturally to ensure that the newly formed skin underneath is ready to be exposed to the elements. That's why the scab is there - it is protecting newly formed skin that will eventually become the stratum corneum. |

I like aloe.
You might also want to take a click over to www.wholehealthmd.com and look under skin health.
Take care. |

I think the PSF O2 serum helps speed healing. I've just started using it (...I got it a couple of months ago) and my face really does seem to heal faster!!! |

Must agree with using the PSF 02 Serum. My daughter uses it as she breaks out. Sometimes she picks . It is impressive how quickly those nasty red marks heal. |

Oxylight definitely works. Now I'm not afraid to pinch my pimples. I'll pinch it, rub with a little alcohol and then oxylight it. It heals like a miracle. |

The things that I have seen to help me are copper peptides and emu oil. I have used both at different times and I do feel like I end up healing much better. |

The only things I would put on a raw sore are PSF O2 serum and triple antibiotic cream. The next day I would add CPs and possibly rosehip oil.
I've used all of these after peels. Emu oil can be used but only after a bit of healing. There are some good studies showing that emu oil can slow the healing of open wounds. |

Emu oil is excellent, its recommended for burns and skin irritations. I also use something called Rapaid which contains tea tree oil. I dab it on blemishes and find that it clears them up overnight. Its available from pharmacies. |

I have read great reviews of Jurlique's Elder Cream (I'll be buying it shortly). Apparently it smells horrid though - so much so that some have refused to use it. |

I'm joining in on picking the scab off too. If you remove the scab, it actually stimulates cell division, and wound healing. It IS important to put something over the "wound" though to keep the environment moist, and to protect it from microbes.
It is also proven that a nutritional diet is very important for a good healing of wounds.
