has anyone used any primavera life body products? washes, scrubs, lotions, oils, etc? if so, which ones, how did you like the scents (and can you describe them), and how moisturizing were they? thanks! |

I have the Harmony, Eros, and Active shower gels and body oils (Harmony I have lotion not oil). I also have the juniper body scrub.
All of the shower gels leave you clean and soft, nice lather, nice shower experience.
The body scrub isn't that 'scrubby' and doesn't have a nice scent. It doesn't smell bad, just doesn't smell. If you like unscented products you may like this. I prefer using shower gel with my nylon scrubby cloth.
The body oil sinks in very well, no greasy feeling at all, very moisturising.
The lotion is light, I prefer more moisturising like the oil but that is a personal preference.
None of the scents stay around for that long, they are more for smell good while you are showering and right afterwards. This is good for me as I do not like cloying scents from my shower products.
Active (Ginger Lime) is the one I have repurchased. The scent actually does wake me up in the morning, it smells citrusy and yummy. I very much like this one.
Eros (Ylang Osmanthus) smells all right but I would have preferred more ylang ylang. I really like ylang ylang though. It's pretty light.
Harmony (Rose and something else I don't remember) hardly smells of rose at all, I much prefer the Jurlique rose scent.

thanks! do you think these washes are good for dehydrated skin or do you think you would need something more moisturizing (like with shea butter)? i'm definitely interested in the eros, as i like ylang ylang - does it smell at all like sandlewood though (which i noticed is also in it)? |

I don't have dehydrated skin so I can't tell you for sure - but I do not think that the gels alone are very moisturising. However, they are gentle and do not strip the moisture that is already in your skin. The body oil is nice and moisturising though.
The Eros does not smell of sandalwood at all to me and the ylang ylang smell is not very strong either. |

I've used some samples of their body lotions, and purchased a scrub and body wash. Overall I am impressed with all of Primavera's products. Everything is absolutely wonderful. The ingredients are superb, the scents beautiful and the results excellent. I seem to really like th frangrances of the active line myself as they are citrusy and fresh. Really nice pick me up. |
