Hi, I noticed that all PSF products have paraben in them for preservatives. I am concerned about this, so although I have read so many good things about their products, I have not yet ordered anything. Is paraben all that bad for you? Right now I am using two things from Orjene Organics (bought from Vitacost.com) because they don't have any preservatives. I think it does help to make my skin look better. I still need some cream to help make my eyes have more of a lifted appearance without getting an eyelift. This is why I'm considering either Jan Marini's eye cream, or PSF's one. Not sure which one is better. Any thought? |

Parabens have gotten alot of bad press, and I recall some discussion on the forum regarding them - darn if I can't find them though, sorry.
I did look up your OrJene Organics, and it does contain a preservative, 2 actually. Any water based product has to have it.
As far as choosing between JM & PSF - my vote is for the PSF, I'm a huge fan of their whole product line. |

Hi Candy,
Are you the same as carekate who makes the lush lash serum? I was just wondering how I could possibly try this serum. I have not yet tried JM or Revitalash though I just bought the latter from ebay and am hoping to start it soon. I hate having short Asian lashes.
Thanks!

Nope - I'm Candy, CareKate is Carrie & Katee is an escaped lunatic ...j/k
I am testing Carries lash serum though with nice results. She intends to release it eventually. I'm sure it will be posted when it goes public.

All skin products must have some form of preservative otherwise they would not be safe. The only exception are DIY products which hopefully get used in a short period of time. The parabens that PSF uses are quite safe and you should have no concerns about any of their products. |

parabens a very bad, visit EWG's website or the Campaign for safe cosmetics for more information. you should always be sure to use paraben free cosmetics and bath and body products! Stay safe girls!!! |
