I just got this today from Sephora and haven't had time to really play with it, but so far I think it's pretty amazing. The product is intended as a natural blush.
" Experience the instant chemistry as this silky gel transforms your complexion. Watch the reaction as cheeks turn perfectly rosy- the shade you blush naturally. Our unique Goji Berry-C Complex is full of anti-oxidents for added benefits"
The gel is clear, but it turns pink on contact with your skin. I just used a tiny bit and rubbed it on my cheeks where I would normally put blusher. At first I thought the color might be too bright, but after a few minutes it settled down to a very natural looking flush.
Next, I tried a bit on my lips. They immediately turned a perfectly natural pink which enhanced my normal lip color. I'm currently using the L2K system..on my third month...and I have grown to love the look and feeling of no lipstick or gloss..other than the L2K products. My lips have become better conditioned and darker while using the system, but this magic gel just makes them look naturally better. Tonight I put a little on and then went to teach classes for four hours. When I got home I was so surprised to see that the rosy tint was still there. I continued to use my lip glaze throughout the evening as well. When used as a blusher, the product is supposed to last all day, but of course, it's not advertised as a lip product.
I love this stuff!! |

did you experience any of the MUA review complaints? like the color being too strong when your face is hotter? or fades too quickly?
too faced fresh bouquent blushstick does something similar i think.. |

I just got it today, so I haven't had time to notice how long it will last, but I did notice that the color starts off strong, but then fades to a nice flush. I had read the reviews on MUA so I knew to use just a tiny bit. The color is supposed to adjust itself to a person's individual complexion, but I don't know how true that claim is! |

I am wondering how heat sensitive it remains once applied to the skin. I am guessing how it can change from clear to pink, like a mood ring.
Did you notice any changes in the colour of the blush at the end of the day saladgirl? |

I've had it on today since about 9 AM..so about 5 1/2 hours...and it is still working. It's an obvious blush..but not too strong or overpowering.
After reading the posts on MUA, I think this product is one of those which you love or hate. The ones who don't like it complain mostly about the color and/or staying power. One person's cheeks grew darker when she exercised. I haven't noticed those things at all. In fact, today when I was blow drying my lips (L2K junkie), I directed the heat to my cheeks to see if there was a change, and there wasn't.
It's probably best to try this product first as a sample since the results do seem to vary so much from person to person. |

Thanks for the review. I want to try this stuff. Especially since you took a blowdryer to it with no change! So, it's not like mood lipstick, eh? |

Hi SaladGirl, thanks for the review! I saw this in the Sephora flyer and sure want to give it a go. I like that you tried it on your lips too. Maybe I'll try it as a little "nipple blush"?? OOOOO hope it doesn't burn or anything! fawnie |

you could use avocado oil for that.... much better for the girls and leaves a beautiful natural blush plus you don't hae to worry about it smearing.... |

Ha, Ha, Fawnie. I like the way you think!
No, it doesn't burn..but the color is quite bright when you first put it on. It does fade to a pretty natural color (at least on me) after a few minutes. |

I tried this blush- and its way too hot pink for my olive tanned NC 40 skin! And the color didn't seem to fade.... |
