Its called California Natural Hair, its a red pill $5 for 30 pills.Rexall also makes one that is for skin hair and nails,it actually has a lot more ingredients so it may be better than calif. Natural. Its 7 at Walmart too.I just wanted more hair not superfast growing hair because I do not like dying my hair every 6 or 7 days, what a pain. |

Lucy,
That's what I take. Someone recommended it on here before and I went to Walmart and found it. It says HAIR on the box correct? I'm pretty sure we're speaking of the same supplement. I've even mailed it to a member on here. I take MSM in powder form in addition to the supplements. Now that I've ordered sea kelp to add to my conditioner I should need a trim every 4 weeks at this rate |

Yes, its the same pill, its a bright red tablet.I take MSM too and a ton of other vitamins. I honestly did not want my hair to grow this fast though, thats 1 foot pr year! I wanted more hair, dont know if I am getting that yet but I am getting growth,I do think my fallout rate has gone down though, there isnt as much of it in the shower after I wash my hair. |

I am positive its growing 1/4 inch every 7 days because I dye my hair I cut one piece off at the scalp and actually measured the white part that had grown out in a week,I could not believe it. |

I'm not suprised. I used to take GNC's Hair Skin & Nails formula vitamins. Not only did my hair grow faster (it already grows fast enough), it looked like a horse's mane. I have to say it was beautiful, but as it is I need to retouch my roots every 3 weeks. |

well it always looks better when it first grows in, its usually the ends of the hair(I have long hair) that get split.,I am not sure if its stronger,it will take a year before I get a foot of growth to be able to judge. |

Hi all. Well, that speedy growth has got to be good news to anyone whi isn't happy with a haircut. I just started the Hair, Skin , & Nails by Rexall fom Walmart. I'm going to finish this container before buying the "hair" pills. Have any of you noticed positive skin & nail changes who are taking this? |

my skin is better but that might be due to my diet and vitamins(I started Jan Marini vitamins) and also I use excellent skin products so it might be the combination of everything.... |

I need to grow out my hair to cut off the split ends due to the Japanese straightening perm. So I really need to get my lazy butt to walmart! Can you buy this online? |

Cherisse, there is a lady in L.A. (on the border of Culver City/Venice area) that does the Japanese straightening, and she uses a certain process that supposed to be really far less damaging on your hair. Her name is Carol and you can PM me for her # if you are interested. She's super nice and just a doll. I've never had the straightening done as my hair is naturally straight as a stick. Of course, I hate that!
Also, have you tried BioLustre products? They are supposed to return your hair to its natural, virgin state. I haven't tried them yet, but REALLY want to. They are recommended for use following damaging treatments like perms, coloring and straightening. FYI! |

Nope, I haven't tried that product, but would love to know where to get it! I wash my hands off hair straightening as I think it doesn't go well with my face. If you saw my two pics posted here, one was taken in 2005 and the other in 2006 after my hair got straightened already in Mar 06, you could see why I don't intend to straighten my hair again! hehe I think if you have NATURALLY straight hair, it is so awesome. It looks like silk, but when it's done with chemical, it hangs lifelessly and just awful. |

You have to go to Walmart,in the vitamin section usually on the lowest shelf you will find either the california hair pill or the Rexall hair, skin and Nails pill, the different walmarts usually carry one or the other not both at the same time,so if you want to try both you will probably need to go to a couple different walmarts.mmmm...I wonder since it is accelerating my hair growth on my head maybe its helping with my eyelashes too, they sure seem longer but I know thats the JM. |

I'll have to check out my nearest Walmart which is not near at all...it's 30 mins away. Or maybe I'll just take the lazy way out and order online from herbalremedies.com. :-P |

Lucy, would you mind posting the ingredients of the hair pills from Walmart? I'd like to know what are the fillers in each tablet, too.
Thank you! |
