for that rare occasion when you can take a little time to soak? I'll get the ball rolling. Mine is a scoop of buttermilk powder pre-mixed with warm water so it doesn't lump in the bath, a scoop of dead sea salts and a few drops of peppermint oil. It's invigorating and very softening.

That sounds wonderful, Ari. Must try it.
I really love the REN Rose Otto Bath Oil. Smells incredibly wonderful and doesn't leave greasiness in the tub afterwards. Also, Candy's bath melts are superb, leaving your skin soft and beautifully perfuming the bath AND the whole room! |

I mix myself a soothing blend of essential oils depending on my mood and needs. When I'm feeling lazy I'll just add afew drops neat into the tub, other times I'll blend them in a base oil first, when I feel super fancy I use an unscented body wash and blend them in that for a scented bubble bath, or I mix them into sea salts or baking soda for a mineral bath. |

The REN Rose bath oil is fabulous, do try it. It smells great and turns the bath into a milky, moisturising soak. Hmm...think I'll do just that tonight . |

oooohhhh, this sounds so good, where do you get the REN?
Wildflower, what unscented body wash do you use? I love bubbles in the bath but hate the smell of all the ones I've tried (Wallgreens, Body Shop, Bath Works). |

When I had a bath tub I really enjoyed Dr. Singha's Mustard Bath (pick it up a health food store), specially if I felt like I was starting to get sick. Don't worry it doesn't smell like mustard!

That is a good question. When I was using it I lived out west and got it at Clark's. But now I live 2 minutes away from a Whole Foods and need to go check! I might have to go and borrow someone's tub if I find it ![Smile](images/smiles/smile.gif) |

I have one from Druide.www.druide.ca It is part of their super sensitive line called "Pur and Pure". They have unscented shampoos, conditioner, bath/body wash, etc. http://www.druide.ca/catalog/default.php?cPath=40&language=en I like using different blends so rather than add EOs to the whole bottle I just squirt some soap into a cup and drop a few oils in and volia! a perfect custom blend for each bath time! The unscented shampoo can be used as bath/body wash as well. You sometimes get more bubbles taht way. Oh and it is great for washing your makeup brushes too! |

I made up a mix of jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, sea kelp bioferment and some rosemary and peppermint essential oils.
Now all I need is a bathtub But I took this on a recent trip and used it in the hotel room ... love it! Could have stayed in that tub forever... |

I like Burt's Bees Baby Bee Buttermilk Bath. It's a bit expensive (around $12-15 maybe?), but I love the comforting apricot-honey scent and it leaves my skin so soft!
Also on a whim I recently picked up something new at the grocery store. It's detox bath salts by a brand called Masada: http://www.masada-spa.com/store/customer/product.php?productid=5449&cat=7&page=1
I got lucky and it was on sale for only $10! Besides the dead dea salts it also contains green tea, milk thistle, rosemary, juniper, and eucalyptus, so it smells really refreshing. |
