Hi, ladies:
Reading some of the previous reviews, I came across this term "skin congestion", forgive my silliness, I dont quite know what does it mean exactly? How can I tell whether I have this problem or not? Are there any signs to tell? Many thanks!!!  |

In general I would say pimples, blackheads and little bumps under the skin. Short and sweet
