| Ditto. I get out of bed at the last possible minute in the morning, so only ever have time in the evenings. |

As far as I know, it doesn't matter when you use it, just use it...
I do it at night.. Much less stressful time, and nothing left to do, so I can just sit, watch TV and relax...
I do tend to do my face one night, and then treat my neck and chest the next... Hands get it on either/or night, depending how I feel... |

Thanks everyone. It sounds like night wins. I had wondered if there was an effect that might not last overnight. For instance, if you're going out in the morning, would your skin look better if you used BQ before you go out, as opposed to the night before.
Sounds like night time use brings no regrets. Thank you. |
