My Clarisonic had recently experienced some hiccups and I called their CS since my unit was still under warranty (2yrs for my model). They are sending me a new one and once I've received that, I will use the shipping materials to send back the defective one with a pre-paid label.
They only asked me what the serial number was on the unit and then they could look up the model number (and color).
This was so easy and I can say I'm very happy with them. I also really like my Clarisonic, so I will be a repeat customer in the future! |

I'm so happy to read about your customer service experience! I just ordered the Mia 2 off QVC a few days ago. I'll make sure to keep the box & paperwork, just in case. |

My experience wasn't so pleasant. When I got mine it didn't work. I sent an email to Clarisonic to ask them if I should send it back to where I purchased it from or if I should send it to them for an exchange. They told me they were too busy and to send them another email in a week or two. Why would I want to wait a week?? I saved up to buy it and had just finally got it and wanted to use it!
So I contacted the place that I bought it from and they sent me a new one immediately. |
