| Is anyone using the Kendal RF dot matrix sold on Amazon? I'm thinking of upgrading to this - I like the one I purchased from Norlanya, but it does take a while to heat up. I'd greatly appreciated it if anyone would share their experience with the Kendal unit - there are no reviews I can find. |

| I've been curious about it, too. I think that model was briefly mentioned in the dot matrix thread as the 15 watt unit on page 2, but there was no follow up with results. I thought it might be good for skin laxity or sun damage. |

This is the one I have (has the same specs as the "Kendal" (which can be found as model SR-CR100 or CR100) but doesn't have the dot matrix head. Mine, the CR400, has two metal prongs. Close-up picture here http://www.selloutsoon.com/albums/SKU/25/25-014/25-014-152/uncleb2c/05.JPG

I can't compare it to the Norlanya/generic RF device on the Dot Matrix thread but this CR400 gets hot! I use either Aloe Vera or Hyaluronic Acid gel and ease it over my skin very slowly, doing different sections of the face at a time.
"Stamping" the face is difficult to do - shame there doesn't appear to be an alternative head available.
Can't speak for results yet, as it's only been a week or so.

| ljk, have you had any results from the CR400? I'm thinking of getting the dot matrix version. Does yours heat up fast? |

| I use Kendal microderm abraison machine and it's the best microderm machine that I have used. Professional quality. |
