Question for all ACNEASE users.. I have been taking Acnease for about a month now and unfortunately for two weeks i ran out and ordered them again they finally came so i'm back on track and my skin is starting to clear up again.. The main question here is . Does anyone whom is taking acnease have a set time from day to day of when to take them .. Like myself i usualy take it
@ 7:00 morning
@ 2:00 afternoon
@ 10:00 night
But sometimes the time that i've set up for myself conflicts with my eating habits .. because i don't always have lunch and dinner at the same time it makes it hard to take them at those exact times .. So i was wondering if i started taking them at random times but still consuming the same amount of pills each day if that would make a difference ...Could someone give me some insight on this matter .. and if your taking the pills do you have a routine?

I don't take Acnease, but do take Nature's Remedy. I am not at all regular about it, and sometimes skip days, and can take two at a time on other days. The point is to have the the herbs in your system.
Despite my being lazy with dosaes, it still works very well for me. |
