No ingredients posted, other than their big marketing spiel about them using grape seed extract in everything.
Grape seed extract: which extract exactly, and as to the potency of the extract they have used, how extracted, and standardised to what level? The two outstanding extracts are proanthocyanidins and reservatrol. The former is quite cheap as an ingredient in itself.
Depending on the colour of their anti-ageing potions, you can get some idea as to how much "grape seed extract" they have used. Proanthocyanidins and reservatrol are very strong dark purple, almost brown. Just 1% of these (at 95% proanthocynadins and 50% reservatrol respectively) will turn your potion a dark purplish brown.
If it is a pale pretty lavender, I would say it has been added at 0.xxxx%! Say no more if it is cream-coloured. |
