Hi
I reviewed this when I first got it and wasn't that impressed with it. It left my hair like straw and needed the Neroli conditioner afterwards. I also got the greasys BIG TIME the following day.
Having used it for about 3 weeks now, I'm really impressed! It got rid of the dry patch I had on my scalp after 3 washes and that hasn't come back, before I had tried everything to get rid of that and nothing had worked.
My hair must be use to the organic shampoo now as it's glossy, soft and doesn't get greasy the next day now, although I still have to use the Neroli conditioner afterwards each time.
I will be repurchasing. ![Smile](images/smiles/smile.gif) |

Great to know. I was interested in purchasing this shampoo as well. Thanks for letting us know about the initial results as well as the final ones as I'm sure many people would have just gotten frustrated and not followed through on the adjustment time. Now I'll know what to expect if it happens to me too. |

I bought this to help my oily scalp, but I don't find it to be effective. And it is so drying to use. I like Bioelements spa shampoo much better. |

lovelyjane, I've been using this for quite a while now and initially found it crazy-drying too and always had to follow with conditioner. now, i don't find it drying at all and can probably even skip conditioner if i were so inclined (which i'm not! ) anyways, what i am trying to say is that i definitely think there is a lengthy adjustment period to using SLS-free + organic hair products. or at least that's been my experience... ![Smile](images/smiles/smile.gif) |

I agree. I use the evening primrose. I didn't like the straw like feeling at first..this was only while I was washing my hair.It felt fine after I dried it. Now I can't go back to regular shampoos.Love the stuff. |

I purchased this at Whole Foods for my boyfriend. He usually uses shampoo plus conditioners. He really liked it. |

I like this product, too. I wasn't too impressed at first (it did feel too dry while I was washing) but the result after my hair is dry is quite nice. Sometimes I use conditioner after shampooing since my hair is colored. |

I'm curious ladies - what advantage does ZINC offer for your hair? |

Zinc is an anti-inflammatory, soothes itching, dryness. Commonly used in dandruff shampoo.

Yeah, Zinc is good for your scalp rather than your hair I believe. Definitely helped with my itchy scalp. |
