I think Vit-C is okay to use...not sure
But I know she cannot use Retinol products. |

I wouldn't use vitamin C during pregnancy, I know its a big no-no to take extra vitamin C internally, so I think applying it topically would also absorb into your body as well. Just to be on the safe side though, I would tell her to mention this to her ped.
I also know that you shouldn't use any Vitamin K or A topically such as Avene's retinoid products, it states that right on the package!HTH! |

I've heard no vitamin A or BHA either. I'm not sure of Vitamin C. Has she asked her gyno? |

Hi!
Due to all of the possible ingredients in the products that your friend uses, she should pack up all of her skin care and cosmetics and bring them into her next visit. If her next visit is not for a while, she should schedule one.
While there may be certain ingredients that are well known "no no's" depending on your friends unique circumstances; including age, health, previous pregnancies, etc.; her physician's concerns could be more or less than that of the next person.
Best wishes to your friend.
