This is probably pretty specific  but I was wondering what everyone uses for sulfur products (it's anti-bacterial and aids in minor skin congestions/mild zits).
I've been using Darphine desincrustant lotion for the past 2 yrs, I've almost rang out of my first tube and just found it's discontinued  So i was hoping for other recommendations.
The ingredients in Darphin is sulfur, chammomile, witch hazel and arnica. So i'm hoping to find something similar.
The most popular sulfur based products are:
DDF sulfur mask
Peter Thomas Roth sulfur mask
and the PSF mud mask is green clay and sulfur too.
I was really hoping on a leave-over-night type of product like the Darphin one rather than mask. The darphin one sits well under moisturiser and masks and does an ok job keeping blackheads at bay.
I dont tend to react well with Benzoyle peroxide and tea tree oil which are common ingredients in a lot of acne treatments. Salycylic acid/BHA/AHA tend to make me sensitive too. So this really cuts out a lot of options (PSF one contains teatree oil)
Any gurus around? |
