Ok, I am quite frustrated with my Clarisonic right now. I love it, and so does hubby. The problem is that it doesn't seem to last more than 4 months. I bought it here in April of 06. I use it once a day. Around October of 06, it quit keeping a charge. I would charge it for 24hrs until the light stayed solid green. Then it would last for only 3 or 4 uses and die. It normally lasts about 2 weeks. I called Clarisonic and they promptly send me another one.
So I used the replacement for 4 or 5 months, and it started doing the same thing AGAIN. I called Clarisonic and they sent me a replacement brush and charger. This new one has a slightly different design than my original one.
Has anyone else had problems with their clarisonic? They have awesome customer service, but I would prefer not to have to replace my brush every 5 months!

That is what I was telling hubby, LOL! I don't mind replacing the brush head every 3-4 months, but I am certainly not going to keep replacing the whole thing every 3-4 months. That will be it when Clarisonic quits replacing it for me.
