Hello, i have had this skin problem for soooo long since i was like 11 years old its horrible..anyways its like alll these little bumps over my forehead and cheeks and i dont know what they are there the same colour as my skin so its not that noticible, but when u look up close u can see them and its really gross Crying or Very sad there really common tho because i see a lot of people that have them but mine is bad cuz most people just have it on their forehead not on the cheeks i know there not whiteheads or anything like that but its probably a type of acne? and its genetic i know that for sure, not enviromental

so if anyone can help me that would be great..and also the reason why i post this here instead of going to a dermatologist is because im not that rich and i dont have insurance...so it would be pretty expensive..but just wanted sum advice if anyone knows what im talkin about Thanks =)

Cbeb,

It might be a case of blocked pores. I do get that sometimes as well. How often do you exfoliate and what products do you use?

If it is blocked pores, and if you don't have overly sensitive skin, then I think an AHA/BHA product could solve your woes. There's the MDF range with glycolic acid in it (cleanser, clearing complex etc) which is good (it worked on my bumps) but I've been reading fabulous reviews of Jan Marini Bioglycolic Bioclear Lotion. I haven't tried the Jan Marini but it sounds great (not many reviews on EDS but have a look at the MUA reviews of it here. Their Bioglycolic cleanser also sounds pretty good: MUA reviews.

Here's a previous review of the Bioclear on EDS: http://www.essentialdayspa.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=1893&highlight=bioclear

I need to give this a try as well *adds to the shopping list* Laughing

i'd like to say i normally take quite good care of my skin...i exfoliate twice a week with the body shop's green tea facial scrub, and wash my face 3 times a day with spectro jel my face is relly oily so it can handle it 3 times right now im uot of products so i use oil of olay oil free moisturizer at nihght and a neutrogena oil-free suncreen in the morning

my parent both had bad skin when they were young so i inherited this condition pretty badly Crying or Very sad

Why can't we just inherit the GOOD skin features from our parents? Laughing

Be careful with cleansing your face 3 times a day. I have read (not sure if it's true but I'll write it and let you decide) that if your cleanser is good at stripping oil then cleansing too many times might encourage your skin to make more oil (because it's being left too dry).
