My mom's hair dryer...RIP...and she's gone through so many. I was wondering if I could get any recommendations on a good dryer.
TIA! |

I have been saving up for a T3. Which model has the "cool shot of air" button that you don't have to hold down to get the cool air? |

poohlisey, sigma and marci65,
thank you for the rec's.
T3 tourmaline hair dryer, would you be able to get it anywhere or would it be a specialized salons. i'll go search online.
sounds $$ but if it's really good than it's worth it.
thank you again. |

I love my Sally's Beauty Supply Ion 1875 Turbo hair dryer
It is affordable, light, and little yet has a wide opening for lost air to come out. I have had mine for almost 3 years without any problems. |

There's a Sally's near me, so I can go check that out. Thank you. |

I recently bought the Conair Infinity Professional dryer. It has tourmaline and is also ionic. It has the cool shot button as well. It dries my hair extremely fast, has a 9' cord and doesn't make my hair dehyrdated.
It was about $80 CDN.
At first when I turned it on, I thought I was going to return it, b/c there wasn't that much air coming out of it at full speed- but I soon realized that it dries my hair faster than any drier I have ever had and my hair actually feels healthier since I have been using it.
It has a 5 year warranty as well. And it comes in a cool clear plastic case- almost looks like a brief case. There are two Conair Infintiy hair driers- this one is the PROFESSIONAL one.

Another vote for T3. Dries my hair way faster than the conventional hair dryer, and no frizzies! |

I have a Vidal Sassoon Ionic travel hair dryer. It's nice and compact and has great features like 2 speed adjustments, the cool mist button and the ion functions which you can adjust according to hair type. I have had 2 Conair hair dryers go dead on me within 2 years so I thought I'd give another brand a try. It's been working fine for the past few months so I hope it keeps going for years to come. |

Thank you for the site. Saw the price for the T3, cheaper than Sephora. |
