Can you tell me where I can purchase either (or both) of these? I read Masby's reviews of Cellcosmet for the toner and feel I must have these rayon/cotton marvels.

if you like high quality cotton pad, try shiseido cotton and shu uemura! super good too. |

I have bought the DHC Silky Cotton from a seller on Ebay a few times. They were quite a good price but not as cheap as buying direct from DHC. I did find it hard to go back to using ordinary cotton wool pads after using them. They're lovely to use and something which I plan on purchasing again. |
