I do my routine in the morning and at night just like probably most of you. What I like to do right about 1:00 pm is wash my face and just put moisturizer on. By doing so are the morning products (so to speak) "done with doing their thing"? I like doing this because my face just feels dirty and it's not a problem because I don't wear makeup. |

Great questions, I've heard vit C is done in 20 mins, so perhaps all else is as well. |

Do you think if its certain products you use make your face feel dirty by noon? Since you don't even use makeup, washing your skin so many times might deplete the moisture in your skin. Just IMO. |

I'm outside everyday taking care of animals and things that need to be done on our property (6 acres) and I keep sunscreen on and I think from that and maybe a little bit of sweat makes me feel dirty. My skin on my face isn't dry and I do OCM only. |

Then I guess sunscreen is the most important thing in your routine. Most actives do all they can in about 30 mins. There shouldn't be a problem washing your face and then apply sunscreen again. |

Frodo,
If you can get away with using just water for your noon wash, I would say to try that... If not, I would suggest using something gentle so you are not overdoing it.
Since you are in a line of work where you can get dirty, I can totally understand why you would want to do this... and it probably does help that you rinse or wash off any surface sweat or grime before reapplying your sunscreen.
Take care.

Frodo, I think after you wash your face the morning products will be "done with doing their thing". You can add the serum (or other things you use) before moisturizer. And don't forget sunscreen |

That is great that you remember to redo or touch-up your skincare routine at mid-day. I work outide of the home during the week, so I couldn't redo without having to use the floor restroom sink, reapply makeup, etc. But even when I home mid-day on the weekends, I don't redo or refresh anything. I'm a morning and nighttime routine girl. |

I will rinse my face or if really oily have used of all things "Huggies sensitive baby wash" with no fragrances and it doesn't foam up that much. It's good for babies, big and little excema. |
