So I'm sick with something. I've had a sore throat for the past several days. I'm not super stuffy in my head, but I woke up this morning with congestion beginning to form in my chest. I have a game in a week, which means my endurance is going to be greatly affected (I also have exercise induced asthma).
I need something that will kick this out...or ease it to where I can play somewhat effectively.
Suggestions?
TIA...I owe you big time! |

Hope you feel better soon Paris.
Early Fall I had bronchitis. My doctor suggested the Vicks Personal Steam Inhaler (controlled vapor therapy). It really helped loosen up the conjestion. My husband has asthma and is liking the steam inhaler. He is finding he does not need to use steroid inhalers nearly as much. It also help sinus problems.
Gets great reviews:

Yeah, I always take Sudafed for congestions. For cough, I take Guaifenesin (generic for Mucolax). For sore throat, which I hate, hate, and hate, I would just keep drinking green tea, honey, and tons of lemon throughout the day. If your sore throat gets worse after 4 days, it's usually bacterial, and you'll need some antibiotics. I hope you feel better soon. |
