I read on a forum at msm-msm.com one forum member reported that he thought after taking MSM for a time, his alcohol tolerance went down (from 16 beers to get a buzz to just 3-4 beers), which was great to help him cut back on drinking.
I wonder if anyone felt the same way.
Has anyone tried to quit drinking and succeeded? Please share the how's. |

Could be he is also borderline alcoholic. Apparantly you don't need half as much if you drink heavily because you just keep topped up and if he needed 16 beers to get a buzz then I'd say he had an alcohol problem! |

If someone knows he has an alcohol problem but drags his feet to get help, what can you as a good friend do? |

P.S. I take lots of msm and never noticed a difference with alcohol tolerance, but my hair and skin look GREAT! |
