I like the Biotherm Source Therapie Spa Concentrate Tissue Mask (Regenerating-Moisturizing). Long name, I know. I bought it on an international flight (duty-free) so I've never looked for it in stores. I use it before a night out or special occasion and it works great. |

From my experience, Fresh rose face mask is very effective as a hydrating mask. It has nice rose smell, and has rose petals in it. Sisley express floral mask is also good. |

Living Nature do some nice hydrating masks, some with Manuka Honey. Korres Honey Binding Mask is lovely aswell, and PSF Organic Moisture Mask. |

has got to be the new Cellcosmet Anti Stress mask. So soothing! I never looked forward to "masking" like I have since I got this. My skin glows afterwards. hth |

My fave is Beauty Without Cruelty's Moisturizing mask. It's unbelieveably cheap (less than $10), and the ingredients are really nice--- German Chamomile, rosehip seed oil, oat protein, etc etc. It always make my skin very soft and dewy when I use it. |

Lisa, I have been eyeing this one. Does it hydrate well? What's your skin type?
TIA |

Valmont Nature Moisturizing with a Mask is a GREAT moisturizing mask. It hydrates extremely well and brightens my complexion. I use it 2-3 times a week. |

What is your skin type? If you have dry skin and really want hydration then I suggest you go for a mask that specifically targets this, rather than the Valmont or Cellcosmet renewing-pack/anti-stress masks.
Sothys does a Hydroptimale mask that I find very good. PSF makes a honey one - also very nice and well priced. |

How about OP Honey & Jasmine mask? I haven't tried it myself, but I'm placing an order today. Faith Truth has tried it and really likes it. |

I third this, been using this for at least 3-4 years and have not found anything better. Sometimes I even use it as a treatment moisturizer for those flakies that won't go away! I wrote a review when I first joined the forum but can't find it anymore. |

Does it leave a film on your face? |

Did you mean as a mask?
Actually it absorbs really well - you apply a thickish layer on your face, after 20 minutes you'll barely see any mask on because it's absorbed. You tissue any residue off and follow through with toner and the toner will get rid of any residue left behind. I'm super acne prone and I'm starting to think my Purifying Pack breaks me out and this has NEVEr broken me out or clogged my pores. I also use this as a leave in moisturizer - if you apply like you do a moisturizer it'll disappear in your skin because this is more of a cream mask that's very light in texture, not thick at all. I do the leave in as a spot treatment for areas with flakies that wouldn't go away (especially after long plane rides) and after a few days my flakies will be gone. I've used almost everything from the Nature line and this is the only product I keep repurchasing. The shelf life is also around 2 years for those who plan on purchasing. If you get one that's going to expire within a year it probably means it's been sitting around for quite a while. I've actually seen some on sale for and the reason was that it was expiring within a year! |

The product does sound really good. How does it compare to Valmont Renewing Pack? How long does it last? I'd love to try both Nature mask and Renewing Pack, but I just can't justify spending so much on a mask! |

If you're after a hydration mask, I'd say go for the Nature's one. I personally don't find the Renewing Pack very moisturizing. |

I only use Valmont renewing pack on special occasion because it is too expensive. My regulars are Sothys Hydroptimale Hydrating mask and Avene Soothing Mositure mask. |
