After a several of days off work and finding EDS (sigh), I've been a bad, bad girl and bought out the store. What I can't figure out, is how I should fit it all together to be the most effective for me.
I am 45, I have fair(German)skin with occasional flareups of dermatitis and a history of rosacea (not too bad now, since I had IPL 5 years ago) and the normal amount of wrinkles for my age, 11's, and some broken caps.
I started using JG skin prep, CE, Okusil and Excel 7 (combo pack) 3 days ago, twice a day(works great so far, even on my hypersensitive skin), and i also use CSRx Polishing Grains (occasionally) and DD's Born to be Mild Cleaner. After about 20 hours on your site (nutcase alert goes here!)I bought the following:
Baby Quasar (still bidding)
Rosehip seed oil
Ystheal Gel
A bunch of Alima Samples
Can anyone give me suggestion on how to make it all work (what to use when and how much, how often)or if there is something I should change? I'm trying to get the most out of my skin before I get too old to change it. |
