I find that PC BHA lotion is fabulous for my dry, sensitive skin - it removes flakes AHA didnt and no irritation!
I am on Retin A and had been using AHA 10%/pH3.5 to deal with the flakes and just couldnt avoid getting irritated. My skin would itch and look flushed, some times of the day more than at others, but it happened every day. I took a day break from the AHA and used PC BHA lotion 2%, and what a surprise - it actually calmed my skin down if anything. I had no redness at all today, and no itching either Furthermore, it seems to exfoliate much better - and it is always said that AHA is a better surface exfoliator - well, not what I can say about my skin. The BHA really losened the flakes I had from the Retin A this morning. AHA never did this as well. I had been reading elsewhere, that BHA acutally does BOTH well, surface as well as pore exfoliation, and I now believe this is true.Just wanted to share. |

I have been using PC's BHA 2% lotion for three weeks now. I am hoping it will do something with my stuborn whitehead in my chin, but so far I haven't seen any improvements yet. Does anyone know how whitehead should be better handled? |
