My nails are becoming discoloured from using CP serums and tanning lotions. Does anyone know how to whiten them safely? |

I've heard of diluted lemon juice soaks. Have you tried it? Or try rubbing a lemon wedge on your nails (lemon juice should be safe enough). |

After I use tanning lotions I scrub my nails with a hand brush. Washing my hands afterwards isn't enough to get it off my nails especially underneath. By doing so my nails don's get discoloured. Do you do this? If so, I don't know what to tell you except maybe use those file block thingies and lightly sand the tops. Gee, I wonder if soaking in a bowl of denture stuff would work. |

I always use surgical disposable gloves when I put on tanning lotions,I take them with to the tanning salon in my bag, that way your hands dont turn orange.I also use them when I dye my hair and when I work around the house-keeps hands soft. They are cheap you can buy 3 boxes for 10 at costco.sometimes I cut the tips off if I need to use my fingertips like when I am on the computer etc... |
