In fact I always feel a bit shamed here in EDS. All of you seem so expert in so many products. Most of products I used are not drugstore ones and for a long time I settled for very simple skincares. OH Maybe a little too far away from the point, the thing is, when kept staying late in night(always get to bad at 4am)for a long time, I found that my skin is not so good as it was before(no surprise aHH).
Then I bought Darphin products. Honestly speaking, I likt them very much.
When it comes to Purifying Balm, the first time I saw it, I did just want to apply it on my lips rather than face. Thanks to heating, it becomes metled a little and much easier to apply. My face is always like a sponge to meet oil, so the balm almost disappears before I have a full course of massage and I have to add more. A friend told me that this product wouldn't work well unless you massage fully. So I kept doing this for three days. Everytime right after massaging with it, skin felt sofer and brighter, and the most important, I fell in love with my face when wake up, no pores and less visible flaws, just like days I was at home with good sleeps.
Err, my skin before using Darphin products: several small break out after MC, and pores became visible, also I felt both dry and oily. Hate that very much. But after, seems stay late does no harm to me.
I know it may be too short a time for a fair review of a product. I'll keep using it and view its further effort. |

you only need a minimal amount, like three rice grain size, then rub between the fingers, then gently pat over face, specifically in the t-zone and oily areas. Then just pressed your palms against your face to help penetration, no real massaging is needed.
It doesn't seem to act well with a typical moisturiser underneath, i generally recommend it to be used right after a toner, or acne treatments.
It's a good product for people with minor congestion issues and great beginner product as introduction into essential oil based face oil or balm. |

Thank you very much ~!!!Your words really help a lot. I think it's a little difficult to massage with it and now after reading your words I'll stop to do that.
I use it after Darphin's Aromatic toner but found it's not moistrizing enough, would try to find another product. I'm happy to hear that it'll help minor congestion issues, in fact I had this problem .
And would you mind me to ask a question? How often should the product be used? In the instruction it said this one should be used twice or three times a week. But the sales person told me that I should use it everyday in the first 2 weeks and then reduce the time I use it in a week. I am really a little confused. |

Yes, it's true that many break out using Darphin's product, Purifying Balm, Vc Cream and so on. In fact, this hadn't happened on my yet. Some one thought breanking out is a sign of ejecting toxin, and they said that after several days of breaking out, your skin became purified and clear, no break out at all, and the break out in the first days wouldn't leave any marks. |
