After I purchasing the latest InSyle Magazine, I could not resist trying Lancome Resurface Microdermabrasion Body, because of it's recommendation.
It is for all skin types, except for sensitive. Micro-polish your skin with this unique body treatment, featuring professional-grade Aluminum Oxide Crystals, finely ground Pumice Stone and the gentle exfokiating action of Physio-Polish Enhancer for smooth and radiant skin, all over.
Use in the shower, three times per week.
I have to say that this definately felt almost like a microdermabrasion treatment. Especially on my hands! Wow! With all that rub down, I think it made my hands feel extra smooth. It did eventually feel quite rough after awhile on my hands. My body did have a bit of red skin reaction to the scrub, similar to getting the professional treatment. This is not for sensitive skin! Afterwards, I put on my unscented body lotion and I was happy that my skin felt a lot smoother compared to other brands that I have tried.
There was no residue feeling on my skin, which I loved. The texture is thick, creamy and thick with the actual Aluminum Oxide Crystals and Pumice Stone.
I had no idea what are the long term affects of this product and, in fact, I don't ever remember using pumice stone as part of my body scrub.
I would have to compare this product to Dr. Brandt Microdermabrasion In A Jar.
I would repurchase this again and would say this is a great addition to my body care.   |
