Is it true that once the skin is saturated for a few days through daily application you can apply less often to keep the skin's Vit C content up to fight free radical damage?
If so, does this apply to collagen boosting benefits also, that it keeps working? |

I think so. The long lasting effect of L-Asorbic C is a result of its deep asorption. And collagen generation occurs in the deep inside skin layer. So I believe it will keep working. |

Im sorry - I didnt mention that I use magnesium ascorbyl phosphate because it is supposed to have the benefits of ascorbic acid for collagen and anti oxidant activity without the irritation (MAP wont exfoliate). |

You have to apply a C serum once every 24 hours. It's true that the initial application continues to work, but it's effect dissipates. If you expect to experience the full benefits of the active, you want to keep the absorption level more or less constant. |
