Derma E is good? I want to buy but can't see any comment for this brand. |

I have used quite a few of their products.
But in Canada I find they are really overpriced.
Vitacost has the best price and I usually price match at Skincarerx.
The face serum I just got from them is just ok.
I like the Microdermabrasion recovery serum as it has no oil, nice if you have been out in the sun all day.
Does not seem to absorb that well though.
But I only paid $15 for it, so for that it is fine.
Would not pay more than $20 for that.
I really like the Psorzema line- the body lotion is very light and absorbs very well.
But in Canada it is almost $40....too high priced.
I do really like their fragrance free body lotion, the one with the pump. It absorbs well and feels very refreshing.
I used to buy the Pycnogenol face gel and eye gel, they feel really nice. But did not use them long enough to actually see any difference.
I have bought those items many times and they feel nice on the skin, but did not really see much change in my skin.
I like the Vanilla bean toner- it feels nice on the skin and is nice to refresh your face.
Kind of doubt it has any benefit other than refreshing the skin.
I was using it after cream cleansers mostly to make my skin feel cleaner. Will buy again sometime, just ran out a little while ago and am using another toner I do not like as much now.
I think that is what I remember using of the Derma E line. |

I like the Vitamin A anti-aging face lotion. I used up the whole bottle and want to buy more soon. |

I have, and it's wonderful. It's not oily at all, and takes everything off. I can't believe how well it works! I wear a lot more waterproof make up now ![Smile](images/smiles/smile.gif) |

Next time I order from Vitacost I will be tempted to try it.
I thought it was just for regular eye makeup and not waterproof. |

Derma E, Pycnogenol Moisturizing Gel, 2 oz (56 g)
US$20.13
Derma E, Pycnogenol Eye Gel, Fragrance Free, 1/2 oz (14 g)
US$13.10
Is the price reasonable? I want to try them. |

I realize this is an old thread.
I am looking at derma e products. I have sensitive skin and would like something calming. The products with pycnogenol look interesting. Pycnogenol has anti-oxtidant properties. Garden of Wisdom also sells products with this ingredient. I do like the other GOW products I have tried.
Any thoughts on this line in general? |

Derma E is actually a very good brand for the money. It's relatively clean and chock full of great ingredients. I think it's good value. |

I agree - I actually have a few Derma-E products I like.... I use their hydrating mist (smells so good and is very refreshing...gives me that dewy look and sort of melds my foundation into my skin), their pycnogenol night cream, and their firming cream that has DMAE - when you compare ingredient for ingredient to Perricone's Sub-D or whatever the name is, it has very similar ingredients and is a fraction of the cost. (I use it for my neck and combined with lower face exercises, I think it's a good combo to keep my 50 year old neck in decent shape! Vitacost has great prices for Derma-E and I think Ulta has a few products as well...though not discounted.

The Derma e facial mist has some nice ingredients. Cost wise is similar to (plain) mineral water in a can.
From the derma e site:

Please note: This ingredient list for this product has recently been updated either due to reformulation, a change in FDA rulings or ingredient specifications. Your purchased product may vary.
Previous product ingredient list: Water (Aqua), Glycerin, Organic Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Leaf Extract* (.1%), Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Extract, Organic Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract* (.1%), Panthenol, Allantoin, Calcium Ascorbate (Ester C®), Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic Acid; Actimoist® Bio-1), Polysorbate, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Potassium Sorbate, Plumeria Blossom Fragrance.

Good to know, Autumn! I usually buy two or three bottles at a time. Love the stuff... and it smells so light and fresh.. always have a bottle in my pocketbook too. It's great in summer... and was/is very helpful when the "flashes" kick in! ![Smile](images/smiles/smile.gif) |

When I read this, I feel so guilty. I used to buy a couple of derma e products. I tried a few times and considered the effects were mild, then I stopped and put them away. I did need some patience and give a little more time to the products to work. Feeling guilty of wasting like this, especiallly knowing they are actually decent products. |

I've tried a couple of products from this line.
My favourites are:
Derma E Exfoliating Scrub with Fruit Enzymes & Dead Sea Salt
Derma E Exfoliating Mask with Fruit Enzymes
I find that they help to speed up the healing if my acne.
This week well.ca is having 25% off this line.

When i'm in a pinch (read: too lazy or tired) to go thru my nightly face washing routine and/or removing makeup, I like the Derma-E Hydrating Facial Wipes with Hylauronic Acid. I think they're new, in blue package.
As an aside, I used to love one of the Derma-E cleansers - it really helped with monthly outbreaks on my chin - but i it was discontinued. Sadly, I wish for the life of me i could remember what it was called...all I remember is that it was in a white squeeze bottle with teal or turquoise-blue font and it contained willow-bark. |

I really like the derma e hyaluronic hydrating mist. I've been using it for a few months. I have oily skin, but I use a spray or two over my face after applying a drop of grapeseed oil and jojoba oil on my face for light moisture since I don't use any moisturizing creams.
I also use a hyaluronic acid serum from Garden of Wisdom. I use that before applying the grapeseed and jojoba oil. |

I have seen these products for years and have read the ingredients for many of them, as well as having tried a few. I think they are NOT GOOD PRODUCTS, if you ask me, spend your money on a product line that has similar prices yet way BETTER ingredients.
I find Derma E uses super cheap filler type ingredients and the products don't make your skin nicer, especially the anti-aging products. I saw a woman who used one of their more expensive creams and her face became so dehydrated and crepe. She is totally into health, so it was only a topical issue from the cream. The next time I saw her she had gone to Dr. Hauschka and her face literally looked ten years younger!
I personally would rather spend my money on spa quality products that are high quality and WORK! |

The Derma e Peptide Plus Deep Wrinkle Cream - it saved my neck!! I was starting to get turkey neck and this stuff fixed it. It was kind of a miracle!! I've used all kinds of high end products over the years, I was shocked at the results this cream has given me - especially at such an affordable price. I get it through Vitacost - they even have it on sale sometimes. |
