Hi everyone
I have been for 5 sessions on my bikini line of Aculight IPL laser hair removal. I booked a set of 6 sessions for £350 - roughly $700, and if i have seen a 5% reduction that is about it and i am not a hairy person and i didnt have side burns to contend with!. I am a skin type 3 so i am an ideal candidate with pale skin and dark bikini hair.
I have my 6th session on Wednesday, do i get this session (the last session left me really red with two weeping blisters - i didnt ring them to tell them this though) or do i go back to them and ask for a refund for my 6th session and hope to get a proportion of what i have also paid for the other treatments?? Where do i stand with this?? Have they falsly advertised their claims of hair reduction - they told me it would take 6 - 10 sessions but i am having another consultatin with a different place on Wednesday and they use the Lightsheer and she said she would hope to have cleared the bikini in about 4 sessions.
Hope someone out there can give me advice.
Thanks |

Yes i did sign an agreement -although i am not sure what i agreed to! I know that there was a definate no refunds on it - but will that still hold?? Surely they have sold me something that doesnt do exactly what it says??. I guess i will ask to see that tomorrow but no doubt they have covered their backs on that score and all the rest. |

You can certainly ask for a refund, but if you signed a no-refund contract, not sure they'll give you anything. But, hey, make a big fuss, you might get somethng. |

Always good to carefully read anything you sign....
You never know, you might end up...right where you did.
I know people who cross out/refuse to sign parts of agreements like that, and are treated anyway. (they want your money) |

I know what u are saying is true, i guess i saw the 50% off and thought hey a bargain but obviously not. I will have a sweat attack challenging them. Do you think i should get the final treatment tomorrow or try and get a refund on the final treament if i can?? |
