I've always seemed to have nice, firm boobs for being a D-cup, but now that I have lost 10lbs, they seem different! I was pushing a DD, but now I'm just a D and they seem less firm, filled and there seems to be more hang! Could this be that I stretched the skin out and now there's less fat, therefore leaving me with more sag?
I'm so upset...this is what I hear happens to you after you breastfeed, but I haven't even had kids yet! Could they bounce back? Is there a cream I can use? Any advice or product recommendations would be soooo appreciated!!
whoa is me... |

some folks get firming from tri reduction (skin biology copper peptides) and hydroxy acid usage on body skin.
takes time, tho.
dmae may help also. |

I went from a DD down to an A cup so I feel your pain. I'm slowly creeping up to a B now but I don't think there is really much you can do naturally short of gaining weight. Sadly I gain weight on my boobs last so I now wear wonderbras or bullet bras |

I'm going to need to review this product soon, but I was hoping to let you know my experience. I've never had big breasts (34B), but they have been perky. This last year they had started to sag. So, what I started doing was using Skin Bio's BND cream on them. They are perky again. It's worth a try. |

don't feel bad rcascone, I swear if I lose 5 pounds it comes off my boobs first. If I gain 5 pounds it goes to the middle of my stomach. There almost even now |

I think Ari was the one who said she used DMAE serum on her boobs and they perked up after 4 months. I don't think you can get your size back short of gaining back your 10 lbs. That won't guarantee all the fat will go to your boobs either. I lost my breast tissues and firmness and they were hanging sadly after my 2nd child. I tried all creams, and none helped. I tried exercising, and it didn't help too much except to gain some chest muscles.
I think you should still do exercises b/c I don't think yours hang as bad as mine did. Skinbiology sells the BND lotion that is supposed to help but it stinks to high heaven, so if you try it, just be prepared. I bought a trial size for $10. I didn't reorder b/c I didn't see much change and I couldn't stand the smell. However many girls on EDS tried it and loved it for what it did for them. |

Ouch! DD to A would make me so upset, too. I went from small firm C to saggy small B, and I was beside myself. |

DMAE works wonderfully for firming the skin and bringing about more "tautness' but alone it can do only so much. 'kay? You guys have to re-train the tissue with a really good bra like Pennyrich or Jeunique. Brings it all back forward and out from under your arms and helps strengthen the natural "girdle" that holds the girls up. If you feel under the "girls", there is a curved ridge under each one, which should be very firm and slightly pronounced. If you have a hard time finding it...well, there ya go. Did you know a lot of underwire bras sit above that natural girdle and do nothing to help strengthen it? Most of our problems have come from wearing pretty bras that don't truly provide proper support.
Just my 2 cents.

I lost 20 lbs last year. When the weight came off, my breasts sagged. I had 10 yr old over the muscle breast implants. I figured with the wt loss, the old breast implants and the saggy boobies it was time to get the implants removed. I went from a 36D (with implants), to ..drumroll please... a freakin 34A (without implants). My surgeon suggested taking the implants out, doing a breast lift, wait 6-8 months to let things heal, then put the implants back in under the muscle. I wanted to know what I could do to speed healing...wear a sports bra, not run, vitamins, creme???
My surgeon said its largely genetics that determine how your body will bounce back. If you smoke, obviously your tissue will be less healthy. He said there wasn't a magic potion/creme/pill that will make breasts that are sagging not sag. Surgery is the only option.
I say....give it time, purchase a good sports bra. I have some StriVectin that I got suckered into buying a year or so ago. I put it on my breasts...I figure it can't hurt. Victoria Secret has a rockin padded bra that I live in.... |

I read on another forum that a girl applied Retin A only about twice weekly to her chest and she said it worked. I will copy paste it since I am unsure if it is allowed to paste a lnk of another forum:
Quote: |
I just wanted to post because so few things give me real, long-term improvement on anything. I don't mind temporary improvement, but real is much better.
I couldn't use Retin-A Micro on my face due to constant inflammation and irritation, and I had all these samples my derm gave me, so almost a year ago I started casually putting it on my chest area, about 2 or at most 3 times a week. I got peeling occasionally in the crease under the girls, but nowhere else, no irritation. (I am pretty large chested--D cup).
Well, it took a long time, but now there is a definite improvement. I am northern European, very pale, and have thin skin. My chest looks infinitely better now! My husband agrees. I don't have any crepey lines that were happening when the sistahs are squished in an ill-fitting bra like I did before. With or without support, they look a good deal firmer, tighter, and higher than they did a year ago.
So I wanted to let you know. Try Retin A if this is an issue for you. It may take a year, but it works. |
I am using it too, but for prevention, so I dont know from personal experience. |

First, please let me say that everyone is different and not all products work for everyone. Admitted!
I'm 56 years old and a-pack-and-a-half-a-day smoker. I come from a family of deeeep-chested women who never smoked. My genetics would predict that I'd be hanging to my waist long about now like the women on both sides of my family. But I don't because of DMAE and Mr. Pennyrich. May not work for everyone. I can only say it works for me.

Arielle, where do you put the dmae? on top, or under the chest area? |

breastlift. Some leave a lollipop scar but there is one that is called the benelli lift that leaves less scars. |

From forehead to toes, yessireebob! Keep in mind, I also do that with 2 heaping teaspoons L-Ascorbic Acid in 1/3 cup distilled water before I get out of the shower.
Ziggy, I use DMAE all over the "girls" except the nips.

Well remarkably given I spent 2 years breastfeeding, they aren't actually that saggy and they did start to bounce back about four years after I stopped. I would like a bit more fullness I suppose, but I really don't think I could go through surgery even if I could afford it!
One thing which did help was taking evening primrose oil caps. I started taking 3000mg per day because of period pains and a side effect was slightly larger boobs!
Now, I just try to keep the skin as good as possible. |

If you would have told me a year ago that I would be taking part in this conversation!
Everytime a concern comes up, a few days later someone brings it up on here. Very helpful... I don't even have to ask.
I breastfed for 5 years and stopped about a year ago. It took awhile but, um, well my mom told me the other day that I was losing my boobs. I'm down from a large DD to a small D. I have a big frame so it looks smaller. There's sagging going on and not nearly as much, I don't know what you call it... their much softer... and it seems to have happened in the last month or so. I was taking a lot of herbs that I don't take anymore to try and regulate my period. I think they were helping keep the size and firmness. I'm gonna have to get them again. Evening Primrose, Saw Palmetto, Soy Isoflavones, and some others. |

anomaly, take heart, after a lot of B/F it takes about a year for them to get to their most deflated, but after a while they do improve! You will find after a couple of years they do start to regain some firmness. The state mine were in after I had been stopped for a year almost had me in tears (something else for people to laugh at no doubt!) and I couldn't believe they could get better but they did! They never got that pre-pregnancy firmness, but they filled out a bit (just not as big as before which actually is a relief!)and have a fairly nice shape now! |

I am blessed with D's as well, and in the last 2 years, i notice they have started getting a BIT saggy.
to prevent them from eventually reaching my waist, i use Alqvimia's bust firming oil. for the last 2 weeks, i massage "them" every night, each for about 5 to 10 mins, with circular and upward movements.
and i notice them regaining a bit of elasticity, fullness, and are slightly bouncier than before !! |

The added moisture retention provided by the oil together with the massaging will do that.
Good for you!

Arielle,
Thank you so much for the bra advice!
Do you think it's possible that your improvement came from the Vitamin C, or did you definitely notice it after starting the DMAE and not the C? |
