Yup, I like to drink green tea when I get sick or actually as soon as I feel something coming on. It really helps esp if you add honey and lemon to it. I'll be drinking 3 or 4 cups one after another. |

Do you know if there is any de-caffeined green tea? |

Green tea is really good for stimulating metabolism, I find that if I drink green tea straight between meals then I start to get these very strong hunger pains...
Also if you have excess iron in your blood (esp men) then drinking green tea is a much gentler way to rid of it. |

I drink green tea too and honestly find it tasteless. Recently I have discovered spiced chai which I enjoy a lot more. |

I drink green tea everyday now (or almost everyday), it's the only kind of tea I drink, and I don't drink coffee, so with all the health benefits I heard about I decided to drink it moe often.
I don't know if this is the green tea, or a combination of green tea, MSM and getting a smidge more fiber in my diet, but I have lost 5 lbs in the past month! |

I drink green tea everyday, too. It is good in many ways, and green tea can be used in skin care, apply it on your face and leave it for a while, just like mask, can improve skin tone. Also, used green tea bags can be used to sooth puff eyes. |

My husband makes me a blend of gunpowder green tea with peppermint. Iced in the summer, it's fantastic! |

I tend to not drink green tea everyday because I try to avoid caffeine, but when I do, my favorite is genmaicha. It has a nutty flavor and is absolutely delightful. |

At first I was not a big green tea fan, I hated the taste, and was raised on loose black tea but started trying green tea with lemon and/or mint and that made all the difference. I don't know about health benefits, I am sure they exist I just don't care, but I love the taste and it helps me up my water intake for the day which is good for me. |

Green tea is very good for you. I drank it every day for some time, but it was very strong for my stomach. I don't drink it regularly now, only once in a while. Does anyone know what brand or which kind of green tea is milder for the stomach? I would like to continue to drink it regularly. |

I really like the Tropical Green Tea by Pure Inventions. You add it to hot or cold water. One dropper full is supposed to have the same benefits at 14 cups of green tea. |

Just make the tea weak: only steep for a minute or even less. |

And buy good quality, organic green tea from the health food store. |

green tea i.e. jap green tea has antioxidant agents which apparently is good for overall health. \
The japanese people longevity bears testimony to that. |
