Hi Everyone
Firstly, let me apologise for this long post! I've been thinking about the problems that I've having with my skin, the same problems that I've had since I was 13 (now 27) and I really need to try and address my issues. My skin is oily, although maybe not as much as it used to be. I have blackheads on my nose and chin, that never go away, and am very prone to breakouts, particularly on my chin and sides of mouth. I also have red marks from old outbreaks, again more so on my chin and sides of mouth. I have been to my Doctor on and off over the years and am currently under the care of a Dermatologist. I'm taking oral antibiotics, contraceptive pill and have recently started topical antibiotics in a roll on solution formula. My skincare routine is body shop eye make up remover, jurlique foaming facial cleanser, jurlique lavendar floral water, jurlique day care face lotion (morning only), jurlique herbal recovery mist (evening only) and jurlique herbal recovery gel (evening only). I also have the jurlique eye gel, neck serum and face wash cream but am very bad at using these! Incase you are wondering, I was on holiday in Australia and stocked up on Jurlique whilst there as it's so much cheaper than in the UK and it was a brand I really wanted to try. Someone hit the nail on the head in a previous post when they said jurlique doesn't make your skin any worse but it also doesn't seem to make it any better, which is what I'm starting to discover.
So (bear with me!) I want a good routine to keep my skin clean, fight pimples, blackheads and general lumps and bumps. Money is an issue at present so nothing too expensive, I've been looking at the Neutrogena range and the Loreal adult acne kit, following some suggestions. I've tried OCM and DIY in the past and it really didn't work for me. Any recs gratefully received, sorry for rambling on but I feel it's time to address my long standing issues, I hate getting spots at 27... |

Neutrogena Healthy Skin moisturizer helped me when my skin was very acne prone. Be sure to use a sunscreen with it. It has glycolic acid in it. |

You HAVE to try I Feel Prettywww.ifeelprettyproducts.com You will LOVE the healing serum. Last night I used the clarifying cleanser, healing serum, 3% DMAE antioxidant mist and the clarifying serum for the first time, and I couldn't believe my eyes when I woke up this morning. I didn't have an pimples, but I have been trying to get rid of some of those small bumps on my forehead, and they were GONE this morning. My 16 year old has some acne on his cheeks so I am going to have him stat using this, along with the EpidermxII that I have been using. The IFP products are not expensive at all and they are all natural. |

Agreeing wholeheartedly with Diana P. IFP is wonderful! And Kim is a dream to work with.
