Hi
I've read that rosemary extract helps promote ceramide synthesis so I'd like to get some, but I've got a bottle of Rosemary EO sitting in a cupboard unused (don't much like the smell of it unless it's cooked with lamb). Would the EO work equally well?
thanks

I very much think so.
(I read somewhere that various rosemary EOs have various percentage of "ingredients", according to their origin, but I guess that must be a tiny difference and wouldn't matter) |
