Just wondering if anyone knows about how many times per week you can use a clay mask if you have normal skin? Is it good for cleaning out the blackheads/pores?
I want some serious deep cleaning but do not want to stress out/dry out my skin.

I've used clay masks in the past (rose clay, green clay) and I wouldn't recommend using them more than once a week. Rose clay is more gentle than green - green is better suited to oily skin.
Did they do anything for my skin? No, not really. It didn't decrease my oiliness or blackheads - I found BHA to work much better (for me). |

| Kim, I use; your BHA but I had a bad experience last summer with Professional Solutions BHA 2% I started using every day, and totally wrecked my skin, totally dry, acne, gross. So even though I think your BHA is so much gentler, I am scared to use it every day - so how do I keep my pores clean? Use every other day? |

I'm not sure how long you've been using the BHA or how often - but I recommend using it every other day at first (for at least 2 weeks). Then if no problems, you can try going to every day.
I find I don't need to use BHA daily - but some people need to use it twice daily. It really just varies from person to person.
I didn't meant too dissuade you from the clay masks - I was just saying that they didn't help me. They may work well for you.  |

| Well lately, I've been using the BHA about 1X a week. I think I need to step it up though - I have alot of yukky blackheads i can only see close up on my chin. I'll try every 3 days for a while, see how that goes. |

| Oh, gosh - I doubt that once a week is doing much at all. I would say at least try every 2 or 3 days. |

Kim, got my samples today - yeah!!
The moisture cream smells awesome. Can't wait to try, have to wait til tomorrow, cause I already have my makeup on.

Wow - that was fast! Yay!! 
I've found the easiest way to apply is to get the half pea-sized amount on your fingertip, pass that fingertip under a gentle stream of water, then quickly apply a thin coat all over your face. If you try to apply directly from the jar, it's just too thick & is hard to spread.  |

I used the moisturizing cream this morning, It feels great, very soft not greasy at all. I sprayed my face with some rose hydrosol, the took a pea sized amount rubbed in my palms and rubbed all over my face.
It really feels very soft, amazing!
I'll have to try the mattifying one tomorrow. |
