Ok so I"m 37 and now for the last year been really religious about using sunscreen (it took me this long folks, can you believe it?) and I'm also using a brightening cream with licorice root, azelaic acid, nicinamide, etc every evening and that has been for the last 6 months. Now I'm noticing every day new dark spots, almost everyday seriously. I don't know what to think. If anyone has any thoughts please share. |

I had been using sunscreen for maybe a decade when 2 spots appeared on both cheeks in my 30's...the same cheeks that had once gotten a very becoming rosy glow in my late teens and early 20's.
Prior damage will sometimes surface years after the damage has been done.
But don't lose heart and stay proactive from additional damage..
Also working on the ones that surface now will be easier now then later. |

ok that calms me a bit so it's probably not that I"m doing anything wrong, it's just from the past and all of a sudden they;re coming on with a vengenance. |
