I just recently got some lecithin from Skinactives and have been applying it to the fat deposits under my eyes for 4 days. HOLY CRAP--the one on my right side is GONE and the one on the left is almost gone. I'm 33 and I was actually considering having a blepharoplasty, but now I don't need to!! It was really cheap too. I massage it for about 15 seconds and leave it on overnight and that's it. It is really thick and sticky though--but worth using. |

WOW nole That sounds almost dangerous it's so quick.
I had heard about this lecithin fat eating thing, but can't really believe it. I'm buying a couple of things from SAS though so I think I'll give it a go. |

I currently take lecithin in capsule form.
It was introduced to me by my MIL as a weight loss supplement. I read up about it and it processes fat out of the body. It also has other beneficial functions but I'll have to look it up again! |

I used Dr. Sebaghs eye cream, hugely expensive, but he was the first to add this, his directions say to massage in, so your def doing this right! And this ingredient does work! Just remember don't pat like normal eye cream, rub it in. |

puglove, have you lost any weight taking it in pill form? I have also been rubbing it on my belly, but havn't noticed anything yet--probably too much for it to handle . |

The one I bought was less than $5 and I applied it full strength.
MelissaMarie, are you still using Dr Sebaghs? If so, what were your results? |

doba, GoW is very reputable. From the other products I've used from them, I'm confident it's the same thing. Lecithin is so prevalent and easy to make that it's not easy to get it wrong--the makers would almost have to try to.

I have applied the straight lecithin to my eye bags for the last two nights. I don't see any improvements yet but I am keeping my fingers crossed. NoleRN, how much do you apply under each eye? I wonder if I am applying too much. Even though I rub it in, I can't seem to get it to "absorb" and I end up with a yellow, sticky "mask" under each eye. Also, because it is so sticky I feel like I am really pulling my skin when I massage it in. Any tips? |

rhensel, I too end up with a yellow sticky mess--it isn't pleasant to put on. When I first started applying I ended up pulling my skin when rubbing it in. The next night I applied more so that it just slipped around and didn't tug on my skin...a little bit more than a pea size on each eye. It doesn't absorb on me either, until the next morning. The one I have on the left is still there, but much improved. |

I now use it off and on, right now I am using it, I see great results, but I also forgot to say this stuff smells awful, truely awful, it does fade away but since my prob was addressed and the poof went away, I use it only when I am just tired, because its not pleasant at all.
I didn't have huge bags under eyes, my prob was more a poof on upper lid towards outward corner, this corrected it!!! I had a slight, slight, bag under one eye..its gone!
hope that helps |

This is intriguing.
Has anyone experimented with this on other areas of the body? |

NoleRN, sorry to be a pain, but did you notice gradual changes over a few days or did you wake up one morning and find your bags *gone*? Day 3 and still no changes for me. Can you tell I am desperate? And one more question, how does one determine if eye bags are caused by fatty deposits or fluid? |
