Well now that it has finally started to feel like Spring, I am thinking of starting my Spring cleaning. This means my space, myself, my life. No time like the present to start anew. I've already started getting into a more regular physical routine (ie Yoga) and have started a new diet where I am trying to reduce carbs (so hard for me to do). I'm also starting to pack away the winter coats in the cedar closet and cleaning up a few rooms. Has anyone else started any Spring cleaning? Does anyone have any certain routine, plan or agenda for the new season? |

I hate to even think about it. Tell you what, when you get finished there, you can come and do my house. (you know--while you're on a roll) |

That's funny that I'm reading this because I just started my spring cleaning today. The worst job in the whole cleaning process is our enclosed porch. In the summer we use it as a sitting area and we have a baby swing hanging from the ceiling. In the winter we use it to store our wood. Mildew grows like crazy out on the walls and window frames and the darn cats keep getting out there and peeing on the plastic, so you can imagine the huge mess it is to clean up. I spent the whole afternoon working on it and I'm still not done.

Just started my Spring cleanup last week. For some reason I always start with washing down walls, cleaning windows and washing/ironing curtains. Next on my list is our cloths...putting away winter cloths and taking out those lighter/brighter colors. I love the change of seasons. |

Besides the house cleaning aspect (which is no fun at all unless you love housework lol), is anyone starting a new personal cleansing routine/detox or a physical one for the season? Has anyone set any new goals for the upcoming season? I find this a much better time to start something new than say New Year's as I am still in hibernate mode that month. LOL |

Wildflower, I'm planning on doing the candida recovery within the next couple weeks and am also planning a full body clease (internal - my external is squeaky clean!). Add to that a full house cleaning. And I mean a MASSIVE going through of boxes from my move 2+ years ago. I have a huge urge to purge (hee hee!) a lot of stuff in my life. |

I'm going through my closets and bookshelves to get rid of what I can. It's an ongoing thing...specially getting my husband to get rid of some of his 'stuff'. |

I'm just starting my spring cleaning.Working full time makes it extra long. But this year I've decided to kind of spring clean myself.I've made an appointment for a physical, and I'm going to try and eat better with more organic foods.Maybe I'll lose those extra pounds I've picked up this winter |
