anyone tried it ??
i am a junkie for EVERYTHING collagen, and this just catches my eye as soon as it is on EDS . i am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO tempted !! and the price is very attractive too
has anyone tried it ?
i am agonizing between this or the sothys instant radiance ampoule (spelling?).  how should i choose !!!!!!!
ingredients (thalgo one) says
Water, Propylene glycol, hydrolyzed collagen, butylene glycol, methyl paraben, ethyl paraben, propyl paraben
what is paraben ????????  |

Parabens are preservatives.
I'm not sure whether you'll find the hydrolyzed collagen in the Thalgo product to be beneficial as it doesn't provide the raw material for building your own collagen. The Sothys product is a temporary lift and radiance for "that special occasion" look under makeup.
I know this didn't help very much. But, it's really a "toss-up" as neither appear to effect long-term firming of the skin. But, if you're looking for instant gratification, I'd recommend the Sothys.

| even though it's an older thread, just wanted to say that i wasn't impressed with Thalgo Collagen cream at all!! I never even finished it! It did nothing to my skin - no effect on dehydration, fine lines, occasional dullness, not much in terms of moisturization - nothing! It also felt like a film on my skin, and with even a thin layer of foundation I felt like i had a ton of makeup on! Definitely thumbs down from me! |
