Yep - first thing before a shower in the morning (I tend to use Lemon in the morning for a bit of a wake up call) then Sage or Lavender in the evening (after removing makeup with the cleansing milk) |

Clairol Blonde Shimmer Shampoo
Redken Heavy Cream Conditioner
Olay Ribbons Sea Soap
Organic bar soap from the health food store
Redken Color Extend hair spritz
Olay Definity foaming moisturizer SPF 15
La Roche-Posay Anthelios XL SPF 50

Talika moisturizing clear mascara
Silkia Camelia Oil
Avocado Oil
Gold Bond Ultimate w/Shea Butter hand lotion
Wei Milky Chestnut, Aveeno, Shiseido, or Paula's Choice BHA Facial Cleanser
Paula's Choice Super Antioxident Concentrate
JB Alpha Derma CE
and every other day:
Clarisonic using a facial cleanser from above
Crest or GoSmile Lemonaide Toothpaste and my new Sonicare toothbrush - (the new lithium battery toothbrushes they have made are 10 times better than their older versions!) |
|
|
|
|
Thu Jul 17, 2008 6:22 pm |
Cleanse: Cyclic Nano Silver or Nuetrogena Pore Cleanser (2% BHA)
Exfoliate: Tazorac (PM) or 2%BHA (AM) Paula's Choice or Diana Yvonne (depending on sensitivity of skin)
Treat: Skin Bio CPs - Super Cp (face); Premier Night Eyes; Super Cop 2X (spot treat)
Moisturize: Emu Oil (or nothing - very OILY skin)
Sunscreen: Skin Bio or Nuetrogena Sensitive Skin SPF 30 (both TiO2 products-no chemicals)-- Skin Bio's Body Lotion in the PM
Footnote: this summer I actually have a tan on my fair skin due the SB Suntan Lotion. I slightly burned once and kept it from peeling using their products as well.
Sunscreen for my face is Cliniques' Almost Makeup SPF 15 - oilfree w/ TiO2. Works for my oily skin.
ALSO:
L2K - Lip treatment
Skin Bio Nail Renewal
Skin Bio TriReduction (for feet) following a BHA (w/ a 30 min wait)
Eyelash Conditioner (in between orders right now)
Biolage Shampoo & Conditioner
I really like my routine of using both the retinoid & BHA for my clogged pores. Adding the CPs to the mix really improved them in addition to tackling some aging issues very well. I am in the market for different cleansers, makeup and eyelash conditioners right now. I would like to add Vit C to this and maybe something for dark circles |

This is why I couldn't even begin to start listing my makeup. I think I'd be mortified to see how much I am putting on my face every day.
Before I started on EDS I barely used any skin products and wore minimal makeup. I blame all of you. It certainly couldn't be my fault, right? ![Laughing](images/smiles/lol.gif) |

I second that, septembergirl!
I remember before joining EDS my list of products was similar to yours winegirl.. In my post of items used, I did not even mention the valmont, regenerist, skincare, bout with various acids, masks...
It is addicting learning about skincare and cosmetic products from the other members here, though... |
