| Hi, I was wondering if anyone has used any kind of peel on other parts of their bodies besides their faces. I have some raised acne scarring on my upper arms and shoulders/uppper back and was wondering if I could use a peel on these areas, and if so, what would be the best kind of peel to use? |

| Hi, geowoman! I wouldn't recommend a peel on the body parts.. I've heard from many people that tried this and ended up with darker scar. I would give kojic acid a try for the body parts instead! |

Why would the peel be riskier on the body as opposed to the face?
I mean, I'm not arguing, I just have no idea. I guess in my crazy "don't touch my face!" mind, the skin on my face is far more delicate than anywhere else. Which may not be technically true, but I certainly wouldn't imagine that the skin elsewhere on my body couldn't handle a little bit of the abuse I'd willingly throw at my face. |
