I have been reading up on some posts of using white iodine on the scalp to regrow hair. Most people alternate it with castor oil on a nightly basis for a few weeks. It's supposed to jump-start growth, even in thinning/balding areas. Has anybody actually done this? |

I haven't but I'd personally be scared to try it.
I used it on my arm when I got ringworm. It seemed to cure it, but then my arm got seriously dry, and my skin turned all scaly looking and rough to the touch. You might want to reconsider before putting that on your scalp. |

That took me back to grade two when I got ringworm on my arm. The only thing to use was iodine. I was young enough that who cares if my skin dryed out |
